ToRouter DocsSign up & verify email
Create a ToRouter account with email and password, then activate it via the verification link.
Registration is email + password. You'll confirm your address via a one-click link before you can call the API.
Sign up
Open the registration page
Go to portal.torouter.ai and click Sign up.
Enter email + password
- Email — a real address you control; this is your login and where verification + reset emails go.
- Password — at least 6 characters. You'll be asked to confirm it.
Submit the form.
Verify your email
We send a verification link to your inbox. Click it to activate the account. The link expires after a short window — request a new one from the verification page if it has lapsed.
Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive in a minute. Whitelist the sending domain to avoid future delivery issues.
Sign in
Once verified, log in with the same email and password. You land on the dashboard.
Email domain rules
Some deployments restrict registration to allow-listed email domains. If your address isn't permitted, the form returns:
Allowed email domains: example.com, company.orgUse an allow-listed address or contact the operator of your ToRouter instance.
Troubleshooting
- Didn't get the verification email — request a resend from the verification page; check spam.
- Link says "expired" or "invalid" — request a fresh one and click it within a few minutes.
- Account exists — the email is already registered; use Reset forgotten password instead.
